A good portion of Case's nine-minute video was filmed inside his classroom at Oak Point Intermediate School in Eden Prairie. The video was broadcast on the "Democratic Visions" cable TV program and posted on YouTube.
Here is the letter that addresses the corrective action taken against Case:
Date: Fri, 5 Feb 2010 09:08:26 -0600Certainly, Case used poor judgement in using his classroom for personal political gain. Given that the principal informed Case of the policy violation, one would expect Case to pull the video - or at least edit it. Apparently Case doesn't think so. It's been almost two weeks since the corrective action and the video is still posted on Democratic Visions' YouTube channel.

Will Ron Case ever learn that the rules also apply to him?
